Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The content on the site (text, images, graphics, and logos) is the property of Aviation Mechanical or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Service Requests & Estimates

Submitting a form on this site or calling our office is a request to start a conversation — it is not a binding contract. Service work and equipment installations are governed by the written quote, work order, or contract we provide before the work begins. Verbal quotes are good-faith estimates; the written work order is the version that controls.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing shown on this website — including specials, rebates, and financing terms — is subject to change and to availability. The final price for any job is the amount stated on the written work order or contract you sign. Financing is offered through our third-party partners; approval and interest rate are determined by that partner, not by Aviation Mechanical.

Warranties

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer warranty for that specific brand and model — for example, Armstrong Air and Mitsubishi Electric — plus any labor warranty stated in your installation contract. We do not warrant the work of other contractors, and we do not warrant pre-existing equipment we did not install. The manufacturer may require warranty registration and proof of routine maintenance to keep coverage in force.

Service Area

We serve Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, Dundurn, Aberdeen, and the surrounding communities within about a 30-minute drive of Saskatoon. Work outside our normal service area is by case-by-case agreement and may be subject to additional travel or scheduling considerations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Saskatchewan law, Aviation Mechanical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any service work performed. Our maximum liability for any disputed service work is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Links

Our site includes links to third-party websites (such as Google reviews, social media, and our financing application). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Follow them at your discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
